PERSONAL TRAINING
In addition, we offer personal exercise program guided by professional
trainers. Our highly qualified trainers have degrees in fitness related fields and are
nationally certified. Our trainers have extensive experience in personal training,
motivation, nutrition and exercise physiology. Personal sessions are available at convenient
hours and there is a variety of exercise options.
