The following represents our most popular Group Exercise Programs. This is just a sample we have many more.

ABS Clairemont
A 30 minute class which offers a variety of exercises to tone and tighten your Abs.

AB Blast Mira Mesa
30 minutes of abdominal training for "Absolutely the best Abs"!

Belly Dancing Mira Mesa
Tone all your muscles and work up a sweat to traditional Middle Eastern rhythms. Upbeat, graceful movements strengthen the abdominal and back muscles, and provide an effective workout for the entire body.

Body Sculpting Clairemont
Change your body composition by improving your muscular condition and strength. This total body workout uses weights, tubes and bands to provide resistance.

BOSU Clairemont
BOSU stands for "Both Sides Up" - it is an inflated rubber dome on a flat round platform. BOSU class includes aerobic and strength training routines, flexibility exercises and balance training. It is a fun, complete body workout. 20 pp per class so come early.

Boxing Conditioning (Additional Fee applies) Clairemont
This class is a great way to exercise your muscles and cardiovascular system all at once. It adds strength and trains muscle endurance together. There is no sparring involved.

Cardio Jam Mira Mesa
Come in and get energized! Low to moderate intensity aerobic choreography with creative dance and strength enhancements. A fat burning and muscle-toning workout that is Fun Fun Fun!!!

Cardio Kick-Box Clairemont
Get ready to move...A fast paced workout designed to challenge participants with a mixture of kick boxing moves and muscular work. No Experience Required.

Cardio Kick-Box Mira Mesa
Kick off the fat and punch off the poinds in this non-dance alternative class. No Experience Required.

Cardio Muscle Clairemont
This is a fairly intense class combining cardio with weights. It is all in one...get your heart rate up with some cardio and then use exercise bands, barbells, dumbbells and more to work your entire body.

Cardio Sculpt Mira Mesa
Work up a sweat and burn fat using components from hi/lo impact aerobics, cardio kick-boxing, & strength training. This class uses a little bit of everything to whip you into shape.

Muscle Conditioning Clairemont
A very effective, multi-level, muscle-conditioning workout utilizing barbells with adjustable weights designed to tone and strengthen all muscle groups. This class is excellent for everyone, men and women! Arrive early to set-up equipment.

Muscle Conditioning Mira Mesa
A Cross-training type of workout that combines hi/low, step, barbell and dumbbell weights for muscular strength. It is ended with some body work on the floor for hips, thighs, and abs!

Muscle Up Mira Mesa
A very effective muscle-conditioning workout utilizing barbells with adjustable weights designed to tone and strengthens all muscle groups. This class is excellent for everyone, men and women. Please arrive early to set-up equipment.

Pilates Clairemont & Mira Mesa
This class focuses on strengthening all core muscles (abs and back)using controlled breathing and precise movements to improve flexibility, balance and posture.

Pure Energy Clairemont
A high intensity, low to moderate impact class designed for all fitness levels. This class uses fun and creative combinations to keep the workout strong and interest level high. Includes abdominal toning and a total body stretch.

Pump & Jump Mira Mesa
Pace yourself, or go the limit in this ultimate circuit workout. A boot camp style format that will improve cardiovascular and muscular strength and endurance. One of the most fun ways to get fit!

Restorative Yoga Mira Mesa
A gentle stretching class for all levels. Focus will be on breathing, posture, and proper alignment. Most poses will be performed on the floor, which will include twists, forward bends, hamstring and hip openers, core work, and strengthening/stretching of back muscles.

SilverSneakers Fitness Programm Silver Sneakers® I Muscular Strength & Range of Movement
Clairemont and Mira Mesa
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Silver Sneakers® II Cardio Circuit Clairemont
A non-impact cardiovascular conditioning class presented in a circuit format with alternating resistance tool work and aerobic conditioning choreography.

Silver Sneakers® YogaStretch Mira Mesa
YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing Yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, & range of motion. Restorative breathing exercises & a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Step & Glide Clairemont
This class combines step combinations, cardio intervals and sculpting moves using the step and gliding discs. The result is a full body cardio and toning workout. Its High-intensity and fun for all!

Step & Glide Mira Mesa
This class includes Step for fat burning and improving cardio fitness, followed by muscle conditioning with the Gliding Discs to strengthen, tone, and tighten. Followed by abdominal training and finishing off with a great full body stretch.

Tai Chi Chuan Mira Mesa
Energize, relieve stress, release inner tension and stimulate the calmness of mind.

Turbo Kick™ Mira Mesa
Come kick, punch, and "shake it" with Turbo Kick™! You will maximize your workout with fun kickboxing, endurance and sculpting moves, all set to the hottest music. Come join the Turbo Party!!

Urban Groove Mira Mesa
A mixture of latin, hip-hop, and hi/low aerobics to ensure you HAVE FUN and work up a sweat, while at the same time learning some new dance moves!

Vinyasa Flow Clairemont
A fun vinyasa flow. You will learn proper breathing, fundamental alignment and sequencing. This class includes core strengthening, balancing postures, side stretching, backward bends, twists, and inversions.

Yoga Clairemont
Increase your muscle tone, physical strength, stamina and flexibility. Yoga is a good remedy to improve your concentration, mental focus and increase your creative forces

Yoga Mira Mesa
This wonderful full body workout focuses on strength, flexibility, body alignment and stress reduction with an emphasis on mind and body.

Yoga Sculpt Clairemont
A total body workout designed to sculpt every major muscle group and burn calories by combining light weights with yoga postures.
