AB Blast
30 minute class which offers a variety of exercises to tone and tighten your mid-section
for "Absolutely the best Abs"!
Belly Dancing
Tone all your muscles and work up a sweat to traditional Middle Eastern rhythms. Upbeat,
graceful movements strengthen the abdominal and back muscles, and provide an effective
workout fo the entire body.
Body Sculpting/Muscles
Change your body composition by improving your muscular condition and strength. This total
body workout includes a stretch portion to enhance flexibility and relaxation. Weights and
bands, as well as other props may be used to provide resistance.
Bootcamp
A high energy class that consists of athletic style cardio drills with strength intervals
targeting the entire body. This class is not for the faint of heart!! No Pain No Gain!
Cardio Blast
Work up a sweat and burn fat using components from hi/lo impact aerobics, sport drills, cardio
kick-boxing, and strength training. This class uses a little bit of everything to whip you
into shape.
Cardio Kick Boxing
Kick off the fat and punch off the pounds in this non-dance alternative class. No experience
required. A must try.
Cardio Muscle
Get ready to move...A fast paced workout designed to challenge participants with a mixture of
high impact aerobic conditioning and high - intensity muscular work.
Gentle Yoga
Stretch out the stress and tone out the tension of life in this beginning Yoga class. You
deserve it!
Hip Hop
A high intensity dance party! Learn street and hip-hop dance choreography to Rap and R&B music.
Muscle Up
A very effective, multi-level, muscle-conditioning workout utilizing barbells with adjustable
weights designed to tone and strengthen all muscle groups. This class is excellent for
everyone, men and women! Arrive early to set-up equipment.
Pilates/Core Conditioning
This class focuses on strengthening all core muscles (abs and back)using controlled breathing and precise
movements to improve flexibility, balance and posture.
Pure Energy
A high intensity, low to moderate impact class designed for all fitness levels. This class uses
fun and creative combinations to keep the workout strong and interest level high. Includes
abdominal toning and a total body stretch.
Salsa / Latin
An aerobic dance exercise class for all levels set to the powerful Latin beat. Come in and
have some fun. The rhythm is gonna get you!
Silver Sneakers® I Muscular Strength & Range of
Movement
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase
muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held
weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; a chair is
used for seated and/or standing support.
Step I
A low impact workout that involves stepping up and down on an adjustable platform. This class is
for people who are new to exercise or need a refresher in cardiovascular fitness and focuses on
step basics, correct form and target heart rate.
Step & Sculpt
This class includes step for fat burning and improving cardio fitness, followed by muscle
conditioning to strengthen, tone and tighten. Followed by abdominal training and finishing
off with a great full body stretch.
Yoga
This wonderful full body workout focuses on strength, flexibility, body alignment and
stress reduction with an emphasis on mind and body.
